Ktman is the President/Supreme Commander of the Club Penguin Rangers. He is the orginal creator of this site and takes the role as an admin. Ktman started out his army career as the Supreme Commander of the CPR, and then ran in the election for the being the Vice President of the Club Penguin United Nations and he won. Now he is a member and huge supporter of the CPNGAA. Ktman is a Club Penguin addict and he gets on as much as he can.
